From October 20th to October 26th, we have invited students from India and Taiwan as the "Sakura Science", international exchange program for science and technology sponsored by JST.
Faculty members related to the program of material science have conveyed advanced education & research environment in KGU and Japanese culture to Asian students, through lectures, research, and visiting to SPring-8, a large synchrotron radiation facility, etc. But face-to-face exchange program was unable to be held in past 2 years because of the corona crisis.
In 2022, Prof. Tanaka and other faculty members held an experience program of experiment and simulation for fuel cell and solar cell under the theme of "Sustainable Energy" for the first time in 2 years.
